Welcome to G & S Bin Cleaning & Power Washing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Services Provided
G & S Bin Cleaning & Power Washing offers professional trash bin cleaning, dumpster cleaning, dumpster pad cleaning, and power washing services throughout Sonoma County, California. We are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-conscious services to keep your property clean and sanitary.
2. Pricing & Payment
Subscription Commitment: Recurring services are based on a one-calendar-year commitment.
Per-Bin Add-ons: Additional bins can be added on a per-bin basis.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, ACH transfer, or cash.
Payment Due: Payment is due at the end of each job.
3. Service Scheduling
Fixed Schedule: Once agreed upon, service schedules remain fixed.
Booking: Services may be booked through our website form, sign-up page, or by contacting us directly.
Advance Notice: Any changes to your service schedule must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to service.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Missed Service: If bins are inaccessible or not placed out with no prior notice, the full service fee may still apply.
5. Recurring Service Policy
If you cancel a recurring service after the first cleaning, you authorize G & S Bin Cleaning & Power Washing of California to charge the card on file for the difference between the discounted recurring rate and the published one-time service price.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Bins must be accessible and placed in a visible or designated location.
All trash must be securely bagged. Animal waste must be bagged; unbagged waste may result in skipped service.
Please notify us of bin locations or any special instructions at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
7. Liability
Any damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service.
G & S is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or surrounding areas.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right.
9. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. All customer information is securely stored and managed via our third-party platform (Jobber). See our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms. Any changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes promptly via email, phone, or in-person. Legal representation may be used if necessary.
