FAQs
♻️ Cleaning Process
-
We collect all our wastewater from the cleaning process in our hopper. Then, through our 17-stage filtration system, we recycle, reuse, and burn water off into steam.
-
The average household can use upwards of 50 gallons of water to clean out the smallest bins.
On a maintenance service bin, we can use less than 1 gallon of water!
Our system not only captures the water but reuses that water and burns it off into steam!
-
Oh, believe us—you’ll notice! Not only will they look clean, they’ll smell amazingly fresh!
You’ll receive a text message when we’re en route, and another notification once the service is complete.
-
We do our absolute best to remove as much paint, tar, and other adhesives from inside the bin.
Not everything comes out in a first-time service—if ever. The more we service your bins, the cleaner they become.
We transform your bins into a clean, sanitized, deodorized, and look-like-new bin!
-
Trash bins need to have all animal waste bagged up.
Any unbagged animal waste will NOT be serviced due to contamination of our equipment and the health of our team.
G & S Bin Cleaning and Power Washing takes pride in our service—we protect our community and team, one bin at a time.
🧼 Service & Scheduling
-
Garbage companies may change schedules, and trucks occasionally break down.
At G & S Bin Cleaning and Power Washing, we’ll arrive the day after your trash is picked up—rain or shine.
If you need to use your trash bin before service, please place all items in a sealed garbage bag.
We’ll remove the bag for cleaning and return it to the bin once the service is complete.
-
For HOA communities, we coordinate a cleaning schedule that works best for the rules set by the HOAs.
HOA communities love the monthly service!
Did you know that most HOA communities require your bins to be kept in your garage?
Our bins attract all sorts of rodents, insects, and wildlife to our homes.
Monthly cleanings help eliminate the need for pest control, and we use less water the more we service your bins!
-
Absolutely not!
We ask our clients to leave their bins in a visible location for service.
-
Our team will contact you when we receive your request for service.
-
No problem!
Just give us a call or send an email at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, and you will not be charged.
However, if we do not receive a notification within 24 hours of your service and we arrive to perform the work, your account will be charged.
🚫 Rules & Restrictions
-
No, we only clean the bins assigned to your service.
Each bin is recorded and tracked by its identification number.
If you'd like to add an additional bin to your service, please let us know in advance.
🦠 Health Concerns
-
Your trash bins are dirtier than you think!
Bins can harbor over 150 types of harmful bacteria—and most of us handle them at least four times a month.
We scrub our bathrooms regularly to keep germs at bay, but when was the last time your bins got the same attention?
Here’s the truth: your bins are one of the most overlooked household essentials.
If your toilet looked like your bin, you’d clean it.
So why not treat your “outdoor throne” with the same respect?
